Press releases

We are always interested in hearing your good news stories, seeing great photos and reading any press articles relating to your grant, and ask that you acknowledge your grant in press releases or when speaking to reporters or journalists.

Below is the standard text about Somerset Community Foundation. Please include this in any media releases about work we have supported:

Community Foundations are local champions, connecting people and organisations that want to improve their communities. They invest in local people and organisations tackling some of the biggest issues facing communities today and supporting some of society’s most disadvantaged people. They provide help and advice to those who want to give at the heart of their communities, both now and in the long-term, by matching donors to important local causes. For more information about Somerset Community Foundation and current funding available for local charities, please visit www.somersetcf.org.uk or call 01749 344949.
