About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer to support the team based at our Shepton Mallet location, on The Royal Bath and West Showground. Working closely with our Administrator and Bookkeeper, you will ensure that all financial records are kept up-to-date regularly. You will use our online customer relationship management system to record details of donations, help to process gift aid claims, help prepare payments and other data entry tasks. Full training will be provided, but attention to detail is of the utmost importance.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who can commit at least one day a week (or two half-days) to volunteering for several months. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to get to know more about the charity sector in Somerset. We are a growing organisation, and we need your help to provide the best service possible to our donors and grant applicants. We offer a relaxed and friendly work environment in a rural setting with views across the Showground.

- Ability to work accurately at pace
