Grants for individuals

We run a number of grant programmes for individuals in Somerset. These are summarised below and each one has a link that will take you to more information and an application form.
 
Name: Eagle House Small Grants
Aim: to support young people who have been looked after in foster/residential care or have received considerable support from Children’s Social Care 
Area: Somerset and historic Avon (i.e. Bath and North East Somerset, North Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire)
Size: up to £500

Name: Mary's Beat   
Aim: to support people with physical and/or learning disabilities
Area: Somerset and Devon
Size: up to £1,000

Name: Huish's Exhibitions 
Aim: bursaries for young people who are entering their first year of university in the forthcoming academic year
Area: students attending Richard Huish College Taunton, King’s College Taunton, Queen’s College Taunton, Taunton School, and Wellington School
Size: up to £1,200
Next deadline: 20 April 2020
Status: Opening 10 February 2020
 
Name: West Somerset Youth Trust 
Aim: small grants for young people aged 14 to 25 to help them pay for course or event fees, travel costs, or equipment that can enrich their education
Area: young people who reside in West Somerset or have strong links to the area
Size: up to £300
