Impact and Outcomes: what funders look for - FREE Seminar
Somerset Community Foundation and the Regional Youth Work Unit at Learning South West invite you to join us for a Seminar aimed at organisations working with children and young people in Somerset on the outcomes that funders and commissioners look for.
10.30am – 2.00 pm (including lunch)
on Tuesday 14 July 2015
at Bishops Hull House, Bishops Hull, Taunton, TA1 5EP.
This FREE seminar will explore what funders and commissioners look for when they consider grant applications and tenders, and what convinces them that an organisation will be able to deliver positive outcomes for children and young people.
Speakers will include BBC Children in Need and Somerset Community Foundation.
There will be opportunities to question the speakers and discuss the implications of increased expectations for impact measurement for your own organisation. Organisations that have improved their own capacity to measure and explain their impact will be invited to share their experience.
Places are limited, so we recommend early booking. The seminar is free to organisations based in Somerset and members of the Regional Youth Work Unit at Learning South West. The fee for other participants is £40.
